Another way of phrasing that is, do you feel true happiness and fulfillment in your life, even when things aren't going so well?

If not, I've got good news!  "Your are only a few clicks away from tapping into a large resource of positive thinking and leadership exercises, to transform your mind and keep you feeling truly happy and fulfilled!"

"The intention of this site is to provide a fun, exciting playground  to access positive thoughts and methods to stimulate exciting energy and create happiness!"

Even though this site is called "The Flying Monk", it is not a site dedicated to any particular method of positive thinking, but an opportunity to access a large resource of positive thinking methods, so you can choose which method works best for you!

One of my favorite ways of looking at this magic of positive thinking is explained by by Dr. Lee Pulos.

Here is what Dr. Lee Pulos, PhD, has to say about how this magic works:

"Since the beginning of recorded history, the power of the word has been acknowledged by mystics and shamans as a pathway to personal transformation. King Solomon acknowledged this by saying, 'As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he', and 2,500 years ago, the Buddha said, 'All that we are is the result of what we have thought'.
